Terrific support guy - they aren't all bad

We often berate useless support centres but I feel credit should be given when it is due.

I had a very helpful guy whose name was Mujibar. He took me through my problem step by step with infinite patience until my problem was solved.

I got talking to him on a more personal nature and asked him how he got started in his job. He told me that when he went for his interview the Personnel Manager told him: "Mujibar, you have passed all the tests, except one. Unless you pass it, you cannot qualify for this job."

Mujibar then replied, saying: "I am ready." The manager said: "Make a sentence using the words Yellow, Pink, and Green ...."

Mujibar said he thought about it for a while and replied: "The telephone goes Green, Green, I Pink it up, and say, Yellow, this is Mujibar."

The personnel Manager said I got full marks for creativity but I didn't understand. But was pleased to get a job.

I then asked if he could send me a photograph of himself and was very pleased when it arrived two weeks later.
