A different take on Donald Trump: a non-political agenda

Mychal S Massie is an ordained minister who spent 13 years in full-time Christian Ministry . Today he serves as founder and Chairman of the Racial Policy Centre (RPC), a think tank he officially founded in September 2015.

Trump Is Not A Liberal or Conservative, He’s a "Pragmatist."
(Definition: A pragmatist is someone who is practical and focused on reaching a goal. A pragmatist usually has a straightforward, matter-of-fact approach and doesn't let emotion distract him or her.)
"We recently enjoyed a belated holiday dinner with friends at the home of other friends. The dinner conversation was jocund, ranging from discussions about antique glass and china to theology and politics.

At one point, reference was made to Donald Trump being a conservative, to which I responded that Trump is not a conservative.

I said that I neither view nor do I believe Trump views himself as a conservative. I stated it was my opinion that Trump is a pragmatist. He sees a problem and understands it must be fixed. He doesn't see the problem as liberal or conservative, he sees it only as a problem. That is a quality that should be admired and applauded, not condemned. But I get ahead of myself.

Viewing problems from a Liberal perspective has resulted in the creation of more problems, more entitlement programs, more victims, more government, more political correctness, and more attacks on the working class in all economic strata.

Viewing things according to the so-called Republican conservative perspective has brought continued spending and globalism to the detriment of American interests and well-being, denial of what the real problems are, weak, ineffective, milquetoast, leadership that amounts to Barney Fife Deputy Sheriff, appeasement oriented and afraid of its own shadow. In brief, it has brought liberal ideology  with a pachyderm as a mascot juxtaposed to the ass of the Democrat Party.

Immigration isn't a Republican problem – it isn't a Liberal problem – it is a problem that threatens the very fabric and infrastructure of America . It demands a pragmatic approach not an approach that is intended to appease one group or another.

The impending collapse of the economy isn't a Liberal or Conservative problem, it is an American problem. That said, until it is viewed as a problem that demands a common sense approach to resolution, it will never be fixed because the Democrats and Republicans know only one way to fix things and the longevity of  their impracticality has proven to have no lasting effect.

Successful businessmen like Donald Trump find ways to make things work, they do not promise to accommodate.

Trump uniquely understands that China’s manipulation of currency is not a Republican problem or a Democrat problem. It is a problem that threatens our financial stability and he understands the proper balance needed to fix it.

Here again, successful businessmen like Trump who have weathered the changing tides of economic reality understand what is necessary to make business work, and they, unlike both sides of the political aisle, know that if something doesn't work, you don't continue trying to make it work hoping that at some point it will.

As a pragmatist, Donald Trump hasn't made wild pie-in-the-sky promises of a cell phone in every pocket, free college tuition, and a $15 hour minimum wage for working the drive-through at Carl’s Hamburgers.

I argue that America needs pragmatists because pragmatists see a problem and find ways to fix them. They do not see a problem and compound it by creating more problems.

You may not like Donald Trump, but I suspect that the reason some people do not like him is because:
(1) he is antithetical to the “good old boy” method of brokering backroom deals that fatten the coffers of politicians;

(2) they are unaccustomed to hearing a candidate speak who is unencumbered by the financial shackles of those who owe them vis-a-vis donations;

(3) he is someone who is free of idiomatic political ideology; and

(4) he is someone who understands that it takes more than hollow promises and political correctness to make America great again.

Listening to Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders talk about fixing America is like listening to two lunatics trying to “out crazy” one another. Jeb Bush, John Kasich and Marco Rubio are owned lock, stock, and barrel by the bankers, corporations, and big dollar donors funding their campaigns. Bush can deny it, but common sense tells anyone willing to face facts is that people don't give tens of millions without expecting something in return.

We have had Democrats and Republican ideologues and what has it brought us? Are we better off today or worse off? Has it happened overnight or has it been a steady decline brought on by both parties?

I submit that a pragmatist might be just what America needs right now. People are quick to confuse and despise confidence as arrogance, but that is common among those who have never accomplished anything in their lives (or politicians who never really solved a problem, because it's better to still have an "issue(s) to be solved," so re-elect me to solve it, (which never happens) and those who have always played it safe (again, all politicians) not willing to risk failure, to try and achieve success).

Donald Trump has his total financial empire at risk in running for president; that says it all. Success for the USA!

Are we about to lose Nigel Farage?

Watch this speech Nigel has just given in America and decide for yourself. I think he'll stay in the UK for two or three more years but, as Donald Trump gets to know him better, I have a feeling he'll (Trump) want Nigel closer.

If I were Nigel, I'd consider, very seriously, moving to the USA. Wouldn't you? But don't answer until you have watched the video below.

Paul Nuttall--has he a future as leader?

First of all, who am I? I am a long term UKIP supporter, having been associated with the “Anti-Federalist League – run by Dr Alan Sked – where five members from there started UKIP. The five consisted of two Tories, two Socialists and a Liberal Democrat.

Many years ago I was the UKIP Head Office Manager, and before I resigned for the fifth time, I was a Patron member paying £1,000 a year. I will not rejoin UKIP as long as Douglas Carswell, who I suspect as being a Tory plant, is still a member of UKIP.

I will, of course, still vote for UKIP as there is nobody else.

I neither like nor dislike Paul Nuttall, the present leader. How can I? I have never met him. So there is no personal love or animosity here.

The question we have to ask now, is a question all leaders face when they lose a constituency they personally stand in. Should they go or should they stay?

Mr Nuttall has proven he is a hard worker, and has mobilised great numbers of UKIP members to go to Stoke. In London there was a succession of buses going there every weekend, and on the last week every day. People worked hard there and from the feedback, were getting on well with the natives.

Although Labour’s total was 2.22% down from GE2015, and UKIP was 2.07% up from GE2015, and they beat the Tories into second place, they still lost by 2,620 votes.

Now we come to the question of Paul Nuttall’s leadership, which I have been following since he became leader. It is my considered opinion he has made a good leader. He hasn’t the flair of Nigel Farage, but that can’t be held against him as very few leaders have. As far as I can see, there have been no warning signs on my radar about him and I have been happy with him at the helm.

But there is one thing niggling at the back of my mind.
When the five people turned the Anti-Federalist league into the UK Independence Party, Dr Sked suddenly found he was no longer a big fish in a small pond, but a small fish in a big pond. He didn’t like it and he left amid acrimonious rows.

So for the next few general elections, the press wheeled him out, and gave him a full page to rubbish UKIP. This is one reason it took UKIP so long in the early days.

In every election we have in the future, at the very least until GE2030, will the press bring out the Hillsborough story. Yes, of course they will.
Do I believe his account about not checking his website when others may have added embellishments? Yes, I do—absolutely! I think Mr Nuttall is an honest man.

Should he check everything that goes out in his name? Yes, he should—absolutely!

If he is an aspiring politician, he has a responsibility to check everything that goes out in his personal name. You cannot trust others always to do the right thing.

But this is just my belief. It may not be shared by the UKIP NEC. If they feel they can combat this story at every election, then they should ignore my fears and keep Mr Nuttall as their leader.

Whether he goes or stays, I will still vote UKIP, and when they kick out Carswell, I might even rejoin as a Patron again.

An email received from a Czech nurse working in Germany

From: REDACTED
Date: February 19, 2017 at 7:57:08 PM MST
To: REDACTED
Subject: Nursing now in Germany

"Yesterday, at the hospital, we had a meeting about how the situation here and at the other Munich hospitals is unsustainable. Clinics cannot handle the number of migrant medical emergencies, so they are starting to send everything to the main hospitals.

Many Muslims are refusing treatment by female staff, and we women are now refusing to go among those migrants!

Relations between the staff and  migrants are going from bad to worse. Since last weekend, migrants going to the hospitals must be accompanied by police with K-9 units.

Many migrants have AIDS, syphilis, open TB and many exotic diseases that we in Europe do not know how to treat.

If they receive a prescription to the pharmacy, they suddenly learn they have to pay cash. This leads to unbelievable outbursts, especially when it is about drugs for the children. They abandon the children with pharmacy staff with the words: So, cure them here yourselves!

So the  police are not just guarding the clinics and hospitals, but also the large pharmacies.

We ask openly where are all those who welcomed the migrants in front of TV cameras with signs at train stations? Yes, for now, the border has been closed, but a million of them are already here and we will definitely not be able to get rid of them.

Until now, the number of unemployed in Germany was 2.2 million. Now it will be at least 3.5 million. Most of these people are completely unemployable. Only a small minimum of them have any education. What is more, their women usually do not work at all. I estimate that one in ten is pregnant. Hundreds of thousands of them have brought along infants and little kids under six, many emaciated and very needy. If this continues and Germany re-opens its  borders, I am going home to the Czech Republic. Nobody can keep me here in this situation, not even for double the salary back home. I came to Germany to work, not to Africa or the Middle East!

Even the professor who heads our department told us how sad it makes him to see the cleaning woman, who has cleaned every day for years for 800 euros and then meets crowds of young men in the hallways who just wait with their hands outstretched, wanting everything for free, and when they don't get it they throw a fit.

I really don't need this! But I am afraid that if I return home, at some  point it will be the same in the Czech Republic. If the Germans, with their systems, cannot handle this, then, guaranteed, back home will be total chaos.....

You - who have not come in contact with these people have absolutely no idea what kind of badly behaved desperadoes these people are, and how Muslims act superior to our staff, regarding their religious accommodation.

For now, the local hospital staff have not come down with the diseases these people brought here, but with so many hundreds of patients every day â this is just a question of time.

In a hospital near the Rhine, migrants attacked the staff with knives after they had handed over an 8-month-old on the brink of death, who they'd dragged across half of Europe for three months. The child died two days later, despite having received top care at one of the best paediatric clinics in Germany. The paediatric physician had to undergo surgery and the two nurses are recovering in the ICU. Nobody has been punished.

The local press is forbidden to write about it, so we can only inform you through email. What would have happened to a German if he had stabbed the doctor and nurses with a knife? Or if he had flung his own syphilis-infected urine into a nurses face and so threatened her with infection? At a minimum he would have  gone straight to jail and later to court. With these people so far, nothing has happened,

And so I ask:  Where are all those greeters and receivers from the train stations?  Sitting pretty at home, enjoying their uncomplicated, safe lives. If it were up to me, I would round up all those greeters and bring them here first to our hospitals emergency ward as attendants! Then in to one of the buildings housing the migrants, so they can really look after them there  themselves, without armed police and police dogs, who, sadly today, are in every hospital here in Bavaria."
Please tell everybody how bad it is.
Is this "situation" coming to our country? As Plato once said: "If you do not take an interest in the affairs of your government, then you are doomed to live under the rule of fools."

Lest we forget what Liberals are really capable of

These facts and figures are truly horrific.

All this occurred under a Democratic presidency in the United States.

I am sure there are people in Britain stupid enough to think this couldn't happen in the UK.

A German woman alive in Nazi Germany explains Trump.

Inga Andrews lived in Düsseldorf, Germany during the Second World War and spent time hiding in air raid shelters and helping to clean up rubble from destroyed buildings. Here's her story:

“What is going on in this country is giving me chills. Trump is not like Hitler. Just because a leader wants order doesn’t mean they’re like a dictator.

"What reminds me more of Hitler than anything else isn’t Trump, it’s the destruction of freedom of speech on the college campuses — the agendas fuelled by the professors.

"That’s how Hitler started, he pulled in the youth to brainwash them, it’s happening today.”

"America needs to grow up. The young people who are rioting and destroying property, who have no respect for elders and freedom of speech, I was so proud to become a citizen of America.

"Professors shouldn’t be telling their students to go after freedom of speech. They should be telling them that this is the greatest country in the world.

"The demonstrators can’t tell you why they’re demonstrating. I’m not a Republican. I’m not a Democrat. I just want the country to be at peace.

"I see what is happening here reflecting some of the things we saw in Germany, and it’s terrifying. It’s sad. But it’s not because of Trump. It’s because of poor education.

"Trump is not like Hitler. The theory that he is, is propaganda. Yes, I lived through some of Nazi Germany, but all you have to do is read some books about that period to see how wrong that theory is.”

Gay Liberal turns Conservative

Gay New York journalist boldly turns conservative after lib friends go nuts over his ‘fair’ Milo interview

It took one interview with Breitbart’s provocative Milo Yiannopoulos to convince a gay liberal journalist that he was playing on the wrong team.

Chadwick Moore wasn’t looking forward to the interview “Out” magazine had assigned him, calling Yiannopoulos “a loathed figure” in the gay community, and “a nasty attention-whore.”

“I knew featuring him in such a liberal publication would get negative attention,” he told the New York Post.

But after the story ran in late October, the hate from the “tolerant left” began.

“I woke up to more than 100 Twitter notifications on my iPhone,” he said. “Trolls were calling me a Nazi, death threats rolled in and a joke photo that I posed for in a burka served as ‘proof’ that I am an Islamophobe.”

And what was worse was that some of the hate came from personal friends — those he’d known for years, who found the article “irresponsible” and “dangerous.”

And for what?

“All I had done was write a balanced story on an outspoken Trump supporter for a liberal, gay magazine, and now I was being attacked,” Moore told the Post. “I felt alienated and frightened.”

After keeping a low profile for a week Moore headed off to a gay bar he’d patronized for more than a decade — and got the same cold shoulder.

“Upon seeing me, a friend who normally greets me with a hug and kiss pivoted and turned away,” Moore recalled.

And the hate continued. On Christmas eve a “longtime friend” sent him a lengthy text message in which he was called “a monster,” was asked what happened to his soul and told that all his friends were laughing at him.

“I realized that, for the first time in my adult life, I was outside of the liberal bubble and looking in,” Moore said. “What I saw was ugly, lock step, incurious and mean-spirited.”
And he realized liberals are against the exercise of free speech

“If you dare to question liberal stances or make an effort toward understanding why conservatives think the way they do, you are a traitor,” Moore realized.

That’s when he began reaching out to conservatives — and found a wholly different mindset.

“[A]s I met more Trump supporters with whom I was able to have engaging, civil discussions about issues that impact us all, I realized that I like these people,” Moore told the Post, “even if I have some issues with Trump himself.”

And when he realized he’s politically closer to the right than he is to the left, a whole new world opened to him.

“I’ve come around on Republican pundit Ann Coulter, who I now think is smart and funny and not a totally hateful, self-righteous bigot,” Moore said. “A year ago, this would have been unfathomable to me.”

The American political system in a nutshell

The American voting system isn't that dissimilar to ours when you ignore the fact that they elect their leader directly.

Their upper house is called the Senate and, unlike our 800 plus House of Lords, has only 100 Senators, less at present, as there are only 51 Republicans (Conservatives right) and 74 Democrats (Liberal left).

Their lower house is called the "House of Representatives" and has 239 Republicans and 194 Democrats (total 433) These cover a huge area (Britain can fit into 54% of California as an example).

The Presidential election, like our general election, is not based on the total number of votes (country-wide), in Britain, by Constituencies, and in America by the Electoral College system. The Clinton vote (Democrat) came to 232, and the Trump vote (Republican) came to 306 votes.

Both systems have remained generally unaltered for over 200 years.

Over the last fifty years, all elections in both countries proved that the left are extremely bad losers and will not accept democracy if it is not the result they desire.

Climate Change, are you being hoodwinked?

This was sent to me from a collection from the Internet. It may or may not be "Fake News" so I have added a few links to help ascertain this. His language is amusing but do bear in mind he's Australian!
Ian Rutherford Plimer is an Australian geologist, professor emeritus of earth sciences at the University of Melbourne, professor of mining geology at the University of Adelaide, and the director of multiple mineral exploration and mining companies. He has published 130 scientific papers, six books and edited the Encyclopedia of Geology.
Born: 12 February 1946
Residence: Australia
Nationality: Australian
Fields of Study: Earth Science, Geology, Mining Engineering
Institutions: University of New England, University of Newcastle, University of Melbourne, University of Adelaide
Alma mater: University of New South Wales, Macquarie University
Thesis: The pipe deposits of tungsten-molybdenum-bismuth in eastern Austraia (1976)
Notable Awards: Eureka Prize (1995,2002), Centenary Medal (2003), Clarke Medal (2004)
Where Does the Carbon Dioxide Really Come From?

PLIMER: "Okay, here's the bombshell. The recent volcanic eruption in Iceland. Since its first spewing of volcanic ash has, in just four days, negated every single effort you have made in the past five years to control CO2 emissions on our planet - all of you.

Of course, you know about this evil carbon dioxide that we are trying to suppress - it's that vital chemical compound that every plant requires to live and grow and to synthesize into oxygen for us humans and all animal life.

I know....it's very disheartening to realize that all of the carbon emission savings you have accomplished while suffering the inconvenience and expense of driving Prius hybrids, buying fabric grocery bags, sitting up till midnight to finish your kids "The Green Revolution" science project, throwing out all of your non-green cleaning supplies, using only two squares of toilet paper, putting a brick in your toilet tank reservoir, selling your SUV and speedboat, vacationing at home instead of abroad, nearly getting hit every day on your bicycle, replacing all of your 50p light bulbs with £5 light bulbs ..... well, all of those things you have done have all gone down the tubes in just four days.

The volcanic ash emitted into the Earth's atmosphere in just four days - yes, FOUR DAYS - by that volcano in Iceland has totally erased every          single effort you have made to reduce the evil beast, carbon. And there are around 200 active volcanoes on the planet spewing out this crud at any one time - EVERY DAY.

I don't really want to rain on your parade too much, but I should mention that when the volcano Mt. Pinatubo erupted in the Philippines in 1991, it spewed out more greenhouse gases into the atmosphere than the entire human race had emitted in all its years on earth.

Yes, folks, Mt. Pinatubo was active for over one year - think about it!!!!

Of course, I shouldn't spoil this 'touchy-feely tree-hugging' moment and mention the effect of solar and cosmic activity and the well-recognized 800-year global heating and cooling cycle, which keeps happening despite our completely insignificant efforts to affect climate change.

And I do wish I had a silver lining to this volcanic ash cloud, but the fact of the matter is that the bush fire season across the western USA and Australia this year alone will negate your efforts to reduce carbon in our world for the next two to three years. And it happens every year.

Just remember that your government just tried to impose a whopping carbon tax on you, on the basis of the bogus 'human-caused' climate-change scenario.

Hey, isn't it interesting how they don't mention 'Global Warming' any more, but just 'Climate Change' - you know why? It's because the planet has COOLED by 0.7 degrees in the past few years and these global warming bull artists got caught with their pants down.

And, just keep in mind that you might yet have an Emissions Trading Scheme - that whopping new tax - imposed on you that will achieve absolutely nothing except make you poorer. It won't stop any volcanoes from erupting, that's for sure.

Finally

Here is a thirty minute speech by Ivar Giaever, a Nobel Prize Winner in physics, at a Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting, explaining with data, on why Global Warming is a false premise. Ivar is Norwegian and is a New York resident.
