APOLOGIES
I have been over zealous with political comment lately so have now accepted the offer to assemble and write for two blogs on the WatchingUK website. The "Good News" blog is for items where we have benefited from the Brexit referendum vote and the "Bad News" blog is where others have tried to damage our chances of leaving the EU.

It's Quiz Time, ten taxing questions on British Politics. How well did you do?

Try the "Ampers' Quiz", answers on a postcard to Messrs Cameron, Clegg and Milliband, c/o The Houses of Parliament.

There are only ten questions and they really aren't all that difficult, although many may find the answers unpalatable.

  1. Which party tries to bring people down to the lowest common denominator?
  2. Which party tries to bring people up to a higher standard?
  3. Which party is mostly responsible for the poor educational standards?
  4. Which section of the media is the worse for dumbing down our citizens?
  5. Which party is responsible for the youth thinking the world owes them a living?
  6. Why do companies employ foreigners for three out of four jobs?
  7. Which party knowingly took us into the EU?
  8. Which party kept us in the EU?
  9. Which party took control of the banks away from the Bank of England?
  10. Which Party set up the FSA (Financial Services Association)?
If you can think of any questions I have missed, please add them below as a comment.
